Our Leadership
Strober Consulting is led by Stacey Howard, an accessibility and communications professional with career federal experience at CDC and NASA programs. With certifications including PMP and Certified ScrumMaster, she brings both hands-on technical expertise and strategic program leadership to every engagement.
Stacey has implemented the same accessibility, plain language, and compliance requirements her clients face now—not just consulting on them, but building programs from the inside at federal agencies and supporting mission-critical initiatives for federal contractors.
